Advanced Cleaning Services was formed in the Puget Sound Area in 1995. Our owner Wade Rowley, a graduate of one of the top Janitorial Academies in the country and of the University of Washington, set out to bring people the best service in the industry.
With our commitment to bringing customers a safe, clean environment to work, Advanced Cleaning Services has flourished and now services millions of square feet of space in the greater Puget Sound area.
We are proud members of BOMA Seattle (Building Owners & Managers Association), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), BSCAI (Building Services Contractors Association International), Better Business Bureau, and the Master Builders Association.
ACS takes great pride in providing well-trained, hard-working janitors, floor techs, and day porters for a variety of different building needs. We blend a sophisticated network of management and communication tools to make the life of you and your employees a little easier.
We make the process of changing easy. Our friendly and professional sales staff will find a time convenient for you, and send an ACS representative to your site for a brief but thorough walk-through. Once you decide to change, our Operations Manager will accompany our salesman through your site, meticulously noting every little nuance pertaining to your building. This is done to insure a smooth start-up.
After start-up, our Manager will train our cleaners, service techs, and floor techs for a full 30 days, holding weekly training sessions, with team building training on a monthly basis.
