Training

All of our employees are trained in the latest techniques and well-versed in the methodology required to properly and safely clean and maintain their specific facility. We train every supervisor on his or her site for a full 30 days during the initial start-up, holding weekly training sessions thereafter, with team-building training on a monthly basis.

Supervision

ACS puts a premium on making sure that one of our highly-skilled supervisors regularly and meticulously audits your facility. Each audit is scored on a points system, turned in to management, and reviewed weekly during management meetings to make sure all of our employees are held to the highest level of accountability.

Without a good line of communication, small problems can turn into large ones. This is why any time one of our customers needs to get in touch with us, they can. Whether through e-mail, log-book, office phone, cell phone, or voice mail, we guarantee that if you don't get to communicate with someone right away, we will contact you within twenty-four hours and expeditiously work through any problems you might have.
